Raptor
Networks Selects Bay State as a Vendor
Raptor Networks Technology,
Inc. (Raptor Networks) selects Bay State as a
GSA and ECS III vendor. Raptor Networks is redefining
the paradigm of 1 GbE and 10GbE switching as the
first mover in distributed network switching.
While other providers in the high speed Ethernet
switching field are investing in expensive centralized
core switch designs, Raptor Networks is first
to market with an innovative, “distributed
core” switch architecture. This new network
topology achieves ten times or more the speed
of chassis-based environment at less than half
the price. Raptor Networks’ technology has
been validated by blue-chip customers and partners,
including Nortel Government Solutions, CACI, Telindus,
B.V., MIT, the University of Maryland, the Internet2
Initiative, and numerous others. |
